Join a Coaching Circle or a Mindfulness Peer Group this summer!

Ready to kick-start positive change this summer? Plug in with a group of your peers to get great support and motivation! Our Coaching Circles and 8-week Mindfulness Peer Groups are focused on developing the skills you need to kick-start positive change and start building a happy, healthy lifestyle that prioritizes resilience and wellbeing. If you’re sick of struggling with substance use, negative habits or chronic stress, these groups are an amazing way to take your first step toward relief.

Coaching Circles

Coaching Circles are ongoing support groups for those working to build resilience and healthy habits, especially for long-term recovery. These are small, close-knit groups of 4-5 members. Participants get the opportunity to share life experiences and get helpful feedback from their peers each week. As a member, you can look forward to finding meaningful connections, engaging in positive problem-solving and having a safe space to navigate through the ups and downs of life. 

Scholarships are available! 

$160 per month (meets weekly)

8-week Mindfulness Peer Groups

Mindfulness groups are small, close-knit circles of 4-6 people. This special 8-week deep-dive into Mindfulness gives participants the opportunity to both learn and practice powerful Mindfulness skills with the support of their peers. Participants also get professional instruction and coaching from Kelsey Brasseur, our HCP Director and certified Mindfulness facilitator. 

Scholarships are available! 

8-week Mindfulness Peer Group: $300

 

About Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a lifestyle of purpose, intention and meaning. In our Mindfulness Peer Groups, you’ll work with your peers to learn and develop seven key Mindfulness skills through simple daily practices and weekly group exercises:

  1. Values

  2. Attention (awareness)

  3. Wisdom

  4. Equanimity

  5. Compassion

  6. Loving-Kindness 

  7. Action

The skills and simple practices of Mindfulness will give you confidence to navigate the ups and downs of daily life, as well as deal with chronic sources of stress and bad habits. You’ll get to build a healthier lifestyle with Mindfulness as your anchor point.
